| Function | The Children, Youth and Families division provides early intervention and prevention services to ACT children, young people and their families and provides services to children with developmental delays. Children, Youth and Families also works with key stakeholders in government and the community sector to provide child protection and youth justice services to children, young people, their families and their carers.
