Function	The ACT Building & Construction Industry Training Fund Authority provides training grants to industry workers to improve existing skills and to develop new skills. Cooperative ACT industry research determines priorities in the Training Plan. The fund is financed by a levy of 0.2% on the owners of eligible building and construction work.
